India
First Baptist Church of Norco sends annual teams to New Delhi, India. While there, these teams partner with a very influential Christian there who is a professor at the University Institute, New Delhi, India. These teams get to work with and teach children and interact with people in very counter-cultural ways. They have amazing opportunities to display a life of Christianity and share the Gospel in a world that is often seeing for the first time.
Philippines
Every year, FBCN sends one or more teams to Manila, Philippines and other locations in the Philippines, such as MalayBalay. Our partner here is Kids International Ministries (KIM), who manage an orphanage, school, and other resources for kids. We work with KIM in creating a Christian environment for displaced kids and spending a great deal of time mentoring and pouring ourselves into these precious children. We also do a great deal of construction to help KIM continue these ministries even more effectively after we're gone.
Thailand
This will be the first year that FBCN is privileged to send a team to Northern Thailand to to partner with Remember Nhu. Remember Nhu works diligently to rescue and protect children from sexual slavery and place them in a loving, Christ centered home. We will get to work with them in their children homes, spending time with their rescued children and meeting their emotional, physical, educational, and spiritual needs.
